A Global Conference Series with a European Hub

The Honeywell Life Sciences World Tour is an international conference series hosted across major global cities including Orlando, Budapest, Mumbai, and Tokyo. The three-day professional conference focused on AI-driven solutions for a healthier future, a key topic within the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

The Budapest event was delivered in close collaboration with Smart Event Budapest, and took place at the elegant Dorothea Hotel, an ideal venue for a high-profile international event of this scale.

Event Planning in Budapest – Aligned with International Standards

With approximately 150 participants, the conference required precise planning and execution to ensure that every element aligned seamlessly with Honeywell’s global brand guidelines.

Event planning in Budapest for a multinational client meant:

Conference Planning and Execution – Where Design Meets Functionality

One of our key responsibilities during the preparation phase was the development of the event’s visual identity and spatial concept. This included:

A specific request from our client was the prominent and visually striking appearance of sponsors. To achieve this, we designed and implemented:

• • • all carefully adapted to the architectural constraints of the Dorothea Hotel.

One of our personal highlights was a large-scale animated projection, utilizing the hotel’s soaring white wall to its full potential—creating a strong visual statement that perfectly complemented the conference’s innovation-driven theme.
