A milestone birthday deserves a truly unforgettable celebration. In February 2025, we had the pleasure of organizing an exclusive three-day private event, welcoming 40 guests arriving from India to Budapest to celebrate Shruti’s 40th birthday.

What made this event especially unique was not only its scale and diversity, but also the fact that the entire planning process took place over three months, fully online. The celebration was planned as a surprise by the husband, who remained in India throughout the preparation period, requiring seamless remote communication and absolute trust.

• - booking accommodation at one of Budapest’s most luxurious five-star hotels,
• - organizing airport and city transfers with luxury buses,
• - and designing, scheduling, and executing the full three-day program.

This project is a strong example of our expertise in high-end planning and execution of Indian private events, delivered with cultural sensitivity and premium attention to detail.

Day 1 – Welcome White Party & Celebration Begins

The first day began with an elegant Welcome White Party held at the stunning Parisi Udvar. Champagne, a light dinner, and a live acoustic duo created a relaxed yet refined atmosphere for guests upon arrival.

Afterwards, guests returned to the hotel where professional makeup artists and hairstylists prepared them for the evening program. The celebration continued at Extra, where:

• - vegetarian and vegan catering was provided,
• - a DJ flown in from India set the tone for the night,
• - and private transfers returned guests safely to the hotel at the end of the party.

Day 2 – Discovering Budapest & Exclusive Evening Experiences

• • The second day was dedicated to rest and discovery. Guests enjoyed a guided city tour in English, exploring Budapest’s most iconic landmarks,
  followed by a light lunch at Japanika, located near St. Stephen’s Basilica.
• • In the afternoon, we organized a sightseeing cruise on the Danube, allowing guests to admire the city from the water. The evening began with a stylish cocktail party at Dutchess Bar, featuring special live performances.
• • Later, guests were transferred to LOCK Club, which was exclusively booked for this event. Indian and Hungarian DJs, authentic Indian catering, and a vibrant atmosphere ensured a truly memorable night.

Day 3 – The Grand Finale

• The third day marked the highlight of the celebration. Guests spent the daytime enjoying free programs and shopping, before arriving via private transfers to Felix Kitchen & Bar, which was fully privatized for the occasion.

The evening featured:

• a live band from Germany (saxophone and congas),
• an exclusive seated dinner,
• bespoke décor,
• and a spectacular fireworks display.

This final night perfectly embodied what a luxury birthday celebration truly means to us: elegance, emotion, exceptional experiences, and uncompromising quality.
