Organizing a professional event with participants arriving from multiple continents is always a complex undertaking. On behalf of a pharmaceutical research company, we delivered a three-day international conference in Budapest, welcoming 200 participants from the United States, Asia, and across Europe.

The objective was not only to create a high-level professional conference, but also to offer an experience that authentically introduces Budapest, Hungarian culture, and local hospitality to international guests. In this project, event planning in Budapest involved full-scale logistical coordination. Our responsibilities included:
